It is important to enter your card number correctly when logging in; you must enter your entire library card number, including the letters PALBO, with no spaces between the letters and numbers.
GAPS cardholders will need to enter the 7 digit student ID number as the library card. The GAPS password is the 1st 3 letters of the first name & the last 3 numbers of the student ID.
If you are unable to log into your account, it may be because your Albany Public Library card is expired or blocked. You will need to address any account issues before proceeding with your digital checkouts.
