Albany Public Library is excited to be part of the local artist Peter Erskine’s 100 Libraries- Healing Rainbow Light for Oregonians project. The permanent installation at the Main library uses prisms to manipulate sunlight, creating ever-changing solar spectrum art installations. APL will host the artist for a rainbow celebration as part of our Summer Reading events.
