Repair & Rewear Workshops: Sweaters, Socks, and Such

Fall back in love with your coziest sweaters and well worn socks! Join us every third Tuesday this fall, for a three-part workshop series where you’ll learn how to mend holes and reinforce weak spots with three simple but snazzy darning techniques. Register for one, two, or all three workshops! All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own needles, thread or yarn, and a sweater/socks/other knit item in need of repair.

October 21 @ 5:30 p.m. – Honeycomb Darning: Perfect for mending small holes or areas that have worn thin on stretchy knits (think: bottom of your socks). Register here!

November 18 @ 5:30 p.m. – Scotch Darning: Adds strength and durability to stretchy, high-wear areas (think: elbows and sock heels). Register here!
